Indoor Team Challenge

A range of highly focused indoor team building activities and games designed to achieve results.

Objectives

The Team Challenge is a facilitated team workshop that incorporates a series of activities designed to examine the team’s strengths and weaknesses and to encourage participants to self appraise their performance as they move through the programme. The Team Challenge is not a competitive format.

The Activity 

The Team Challenge consists of a series of facilitated activities that look at various aspects of effective team work.

Prior to delivery of the event our facilitators will work with you to create a bespoke Team Challenge programme for your group. The focus of the event is tailored to specific aspects relevant to your business such as communication, leadership, decision making or creativity.

The day begins with an overview of the event’s objectives and a short ice breaker session to focus the minds of the participants.

The Team Challenge format can be integrated with applied business psychology tools such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Belbin Team Roles.

Locations 

Our indoor team building activities are highly mobile and can be run in any suitable indoor space throughout the UK and Europe. We can recommend places and locations but if you have already found your venue we would be delighted to speak with the them to check that the space is appropriate.
