Building Bridges
An innovative conference room team building format. Incorporating resource management, planning and creativity.
Objectives
Building Bridges creates an environment in which teams must run a construction project from cradle to grave. Planning, Resource Management, Communication, Delegation and Implementation are all put under the microscope.
The Activity
Put simply participants in Building Bridges must design and build a bridge with the longest span possible using the materials provided within the time limit set.
Teams will receive a comprehensive tool kit and fun money for purchases. The raw materials to build the bridge are for available for teams to purchase from our event shop. Teams will also be able to earn extra fun money to purchase more resources by overcoming our peripheral team challenges.
It sounds a simple enough task but the bridge must be as long as possible within the time set; be able to support varying weighs and the team must be able to drive a small battery powered car across...which incidentally they must also build from scratch!…
Building Bridges is a great activity which depending upon location and time allowed can be run with a wide range of indoor and outdoor team building games where the teams can earn extra money to purchase tools and equipment at our ‘shop’. Building Bridges is an event that incorporates a serious underlying business message, fun indoor team building activities and even a hilarious quiz round - this team activity has the lot!!!

Peripheral Activities
Please speak to your sales representative to decide on your activities as they can either be fun based or team building based. All peripheral activities are team building games upon completion of which the team will earn extra fun money to spend in our ‘shop’.
Location
Building Bridges is highly mobile and can be run in any suitable space throughout the UK and Europe. We can recommend places and locations but if you have already found your venue we would be delighted to speak with them to check that the space is appropriate.
