Marks, set, cook! Our superb range of culinary events have all the ingredients for a fantastic team building event.

Objectives

We offer a wide range of creative events based at hotels and kitchen locations across the UK and Europe. We aim to bring your team together through the medium of cooking as well as instil the qualities of a professional Kitchen namely team work, accuracy, organisation, time management and creativity.

Our cooking team building events are run by chefs with a star studded (and name dropping) background having worked with the likes of Gary Rhodes, Marco Pierre White and John Terrode to name a few.

Activity

Working with our Chefs you can tailor our portfolio of bespoke cooking events to your exact requirements. In a typical event we would work with you to agree menus prior to the commencement of the programme.

At the heart of the activity the teams must prepare a 3 course meal and serve it to a rival team. The event begins with a full demonstration by our Chefs; this could be anything from preparing a fish to baking bread. Teams will be responsible for every aspect of the meal from the fine details on the table to delivering hot food to order. Teams can decide to recreate the dishes that our chef has demonstrated or let their creative side show by dipping in to our larder stocked with additional ingredients, spices and herbs. Our chefs are on hand throughout to assist and help with the process.

As teams serve up their menu our chefs will judge the food and announce which team has performed best. Only by teams working together effectively will they be able to put together a high quality meal.  As a reward for their efforts the group will sit down at the end of the event and enjoy the meal they have prepared.

Locations

Our Super Chef programme is highly mobile and can be run in any number of supportive hotels and professional training kitchens throughout the UK and Europe. We can recommend places and locations but if you have already found your venue we would be delighted to speak with them to see if they would consider allowing us to run the Super Chef on site.
