Police Academy
Police Academy is a versatile programme designed for clients looking to run a challenging and varied team building session.
Modern policing requires exceptional team work to overcome the raft of challenges posed by 21st century life. We have designed a versatile Police based team building programme to expose corporate teams to the team pressures experienced in law enforcement.
Objectives
The range of activities within Police Academy looks at many facets of strong team work, more specifically communication, decision making, collaboration and problem solving.
The Activity
Based in teams of trainees, participants will need to acquire all of the skills necessary to become fully fledged Scotland Yard Officers. The teams will rotate around a series of challenges designed to be run in and around a venue based in an urban environment or with limited grounds.
The Police Academy activities are varied and include: desk based problem solving, criminal surveillance, a rifle range, radio communications, police dogs and self-defence training by a qualified instructor.
Once the teams have graduated from POlice Academy they will be challenged to their first official murder mystery case. The final case can be conducted by the individual units or by your group as a whole bringing everyone together for one final challenge.

Location
The Police Academy is a highly mobile and can be run in any suitable indoor or outdoor space throughout the UK and Europe. We can recommend places and locations but if you have already found your venue we would be delighted to speak with them to check that the space is appropriate.
