Transport for London Conference - London

Objective:

To run the Enforcement Taskforce conference for 250 invited delegates in a central London Venue.

Solution:

EML's conference team handled the entire conference which included advertising, press releases, venue selection and liaison, AV solution and onsite event management.

We dedicated part of our website to an on-line booking and enquiry service, as well as providing a canvasing campaign to recruit interested delegates.

Our in-house design team also produced all the communications literature to complement the conference and advertising. Set and staging were also produced to complement the same theme.

Outcome:

The conference was held at The Cafe Royal, in Piccadilly, London and was a resounding success with 93% of delegates rating the event as 'Excellent'.
