Team Building for the Carphone Warehouse - Richmond, Surrey

Objective:

The Carphone Warehouse asked our event designers to provide a full day of fun, energetic team building for their 100 call centre staff in a location close to their West London HQ.

Solution:

Utilising our superb Team Challenge format we aimed to stage a brilliant day of team building activities at Old Deer Park, near Richmond in West London.

The various activities encompassed mental, physical and outright fun to include as many delegates within this large mixed ability group as possible.

Split into 12 teams the group went head to head on the huge variety of timed challenges. After the activities finished the bar opened and the venue staff lit the barbeques to enjoy a summer evening in style.

Outcome:

A flawless team building programme blessed with glorious sunshine was a sure-fire hit with the Carphone Warehuose staff at their annual away day.
