Specsavers Summer Party - Reading, Berkshire

Objective:

Provide a 2 day fun summer party for 250 employees and their family members in Reading, Berkshire. This was the second year running we have organised this event so we were under pressure to deliver an event that was of innovative and fresh.

Solution:

The event was held at Wokefield Park in Reading, Berkshire. Guests arrived on the Saturday evening and enjoyed a lavish 3 course meal, before being entertained by comedian Dominic Holland. They could then choose from a selection of activities including a themed 15 table casino, disco and dj, digital caricaturist and of course, the complementary bar!

On day 2 we organised a giant fun fair in the hotel grounds – exclusively for Specsavers guests. This consisted of all the favorites including Dodgems and free candy floss!

Outcome:

The event was a resounding success with everyone having a fantastic time. We are now in the process of putting together their next event.
