Junkyard Challenge for Rolls Royce

Objective:

To provide a challenging and suitable event for 70 skilled engineers from Rolls Royce.  To engage a group with a task that would appeal to their technical minds, but also be fun for those on the team with a non engineering skill-set.

Solution:

We based the event at a venue near their base in Bristol and set up a large activity area outside. Teams were challenged to build a giant medieval style catapult using the materials provided.  Each group could also earn extra resources through completing puzzles and challenges.  As an event finale catapults were tested on distance, accuracy and maneuverability.  

Outcome:

The group really bonded together and produce some of the best results we've ever seen with this event!
