Objective:

A tailored team building afternoon to tackle communication and trust within the Bedford NHS Trust. The event must be based in Bedfordshire as the busy NHS team are unable to travel too far.

Solution:

The venue decided on was the superb conference centre Wyboston Lakes in Bedfordshire. A bespoke team challenge was selected with the emphasis on activities that highlight the need for effective communication and trust in your team mates. The activities were selected by EML to respect the mixed physical abilities in the group.

Outcome:

A productive team building session was staged that successfully removed barriers within the team and enpowered the team to communicate more effectively.
