Boot Camp for Ernst and Young

Objective:

To provide a high energy and physical event for over 100 staff following a 1/2 day conference.  The brief included finding a host of activities with something for all abilities and skill sets.

Solution:

We based the day at Kempton Park Race Course in Surrey. Individuals were issued DPM outfits to really get them into the Boot Camp mindset and then were split into 10 teams. Following a military style ice-breaker session from our lead faciliator the group were challenged to a series of army style events culminating in a laser skurmish in the woods! 

Outcome:

The team were left feeling engergised and motivated by the event with plenty of stories to tell back in the office.  We must of hit the nail on the head as the client returned for a similar event for the next annual conference.
