Co-op Financial Services Team Building - Leeds, Birmingham and Manchester:

Objective:

To provide 3 half day competitive team building events for Co-op Financial Services. The events needed to cater for 3 x 50 person departments in 3 regions throughout the UK. The targeted areas where to include Leeds, Birmingham and Manchester.

Solution:

Due to time of year we decided to stage 3 indoor team building events to avoid inclement weather. The venues used included Birmingham City Football Club, The Lowry Manchester and Boddington Hall at Leeds University. 

We decided to go with our flag ship team building programme the Diamond Maze.The activities selected within this superb format included a lively blend of cerebral and physical challenges all of which could be staged in any suitable indoor space.

Outcome:

All three Diamond Maze team building events were a huge success with Co-op Financial Services having returned to EML since with new team building requirements for our experienced team to tackle
