Shoosmiths had a 60 minute window for a team building exercise for 120 people at the Alexandra House Hotel in Wiltshire. The client was looking for something competitive; something that tested communication skills and something that could be moved indoors or outdoors at the last-minute depending on the weather.
Solution:
We felt that Architect was a great fit for this brief. Architect can accommodate 120 participants easily, is achievable within 60 minutes, is highly mobile and has a great emphasis on passing information down the chain. Only those teams that work quickly, efficiently and communicate well would stand a chance of winning the day.
Outcome:
Our facilitators conducted a lively brief at the beginning of the activity and as the weather was fine we were able to stage the Architect on the Hotel's terrace. The group was split into 12 rival teams and the 60 minutes raced by in a whirlwind of competitive energy. The format proved to be an excellent team building session and met the brief and budget perfectly.
