School Sports day for DELL

Objective:

Provide an energizing afternoon for 60 delegates to cap 2 productive days of meetings at Wokefield Park Conference Centre in Berkshire.

Solution:

Dell has an energetic and international culture and they were keen to do something physical in the grounds of Wokefield Park that would engage several different nationalities. We decided to adapt our School Sports Day format to an international group by repackaging it as an Olympic Event. Each team represented a different country in which Dell does business thus giving it a more personal and more competitive feel.

Outcome:

The event ran for 2 hours and was brilliantly received by the international group. The physical nature of the games and competitive elements to the event really bought the group to life after 2 days in conference.
