MBTI® Workshop - Level 2 - Type & Team Development
MBTI® Workshop - Level 2 is designed for individuals who have found their Best Fit Type and are keen to explore the MBTI model in a more dynamic way.
People's behaviour is not just random, but, to a great extent predictable. Our licensed MBTI Practioners have an inspiring and interactive style of training, enabling our MBTI® Workshop - Level 2 to be presented with rich ideas and actual examples of different approaches when working with both individual and team ‘type' development.
Several of the exercises help to clarify the differences between types and show how different types can make the most of their contributions towards a good team working environment. We illustrate the differences in type with relation to several important functions of the team such as decision making, communicating, handling change and so on.
Together with other people in your team who have similar personality preferences we discuss a number of specific questions concerning individual contributions and expectations to team work. Through light hearted and engaging activities it can be demonstrated that the response to external stimuli by individuals with the same preferences is remarkably similar.
A whole variety of applications are given, discussed and worked through using a number of exciting exercises. The seminar is both inspiring and insightful and the experiences, ideas and exercises included are regularly taken on and used in real life business applications.
Typical programme - running time 3.5 hours
Guests are welcomed to the workshop
Introduction to Type Dynamics
The first part of the session will incorporate a series of team activities with teams selected by the Trainer
The activities are designed to provide deeper understanding of the dominant MBTI functions within members of the team
In the second part of the programme the focus will move to exploring the effects of type similarity
and type diversity on the team's performance.
Individuals will be sorted into various type groupings in order to illustrate the impact that type balance can have on a team's efficiency.
Also within this session teams will be asked to ‘flex' and ‘put themselves in the shoes' of those with diametrically opposite type.
In the final session, working as one large team as in their day to day life, we will investigate the team's modal type and explore the teams potential weak spots in more depth through the medium of fun exercises.
The activities selected are based on the trainer's assessment of the teams Self Assessed Type which will need to be presented pre event.
