The idea of the event is for each team to prepare a 3-course meal fit for a King or Queen in one afternoon. This event comes highly recommended as one of our most innovative and unusual event formats to date.
Teams must be extremely well organised and use their time effectively in order to complete this challenge. This format has a strong emphasis on team communication and interaction, but concludes with an enjoyable and informal meal at the end of the event.
A full working kitchen and restaurant area will be created in the confines or your chosen venue. This will include everything required to complete the event, apart from a little bit of natural culinary talent perhaps…
Each group will be given a menu with corresponding recipes. These can include soufflés, roulades, soups, canapés, main courses and desserts.
Not only will the teams be expected to prepare a Michelin rated meal, they will also have to decorate their own tables, design menus and create table centres. They will then even have to serve the food themselves!
To help with the judging and give tips throughout the afternoon we will provide a professional chef from the chosen venue to assist with proceedings.
The Super Chef has more limited mobility than some of our other team building formats. Super Chef must be staged at one our recommended venues for reasons of safety and insurance. Current locations include Central London, Windsor and Bedford only.
