Video Horse Racing Night

Classic Corporate entertainment, great as a charity fundraiser or just for fun!

Your group will be treated to an authentic night at the races without losing a penny! Enjoy a whole evening of flat, jump and novelty races from the comfort of your hotel or function venue. This is ideal as a post dinner activity or can also between the courses of a meal.

The Activity

Guests can bet as teams or individuals, with between five to eight races usually being run. At the start of the evening each person will receive equal amounts of "fun money" and specially printed race cards unique to your company or theme.

The runners and riders are introduced on the screen, after which, the "punters" are free to try their luck! Our tote staff will be on hand to take bets, whilst our enthusiastic and professional compere cajoles the guests into parting with their money.

Prior to some of the races, guests will have the chance to bid for ownership of specific horses using their fun money.  If successful, they will be invited to sit in the owners enclosure. Following the dramatic and tense conclusion to the race, the jubilant winner will be presented with a gleaming engraved trophy to take home as a souvenir of their success. 

Once the final race is run, all the accumulated money is banked and totalled, with champagne awarded to the team, or individuals, who have won the most money.

Locations

Our Video Horse Racing Nights are highly mobile and can be run in any suitable indoor space throughout the UK and Europe. We can recommend places and locations but if you have already found your venue we would be delighted to speak with them to check that the space is appropriate.
