Diamond Maze - Fun Team Building.

This innovative format will immerse your team in a competitive, problem solving environment culminating in a hilarious grand finale in our patented wind machine.

Objectives

The varied range of activities within the Diamond Maze examines communication, trust, skill acquisition and also provides an excellent euphemism for the achievement of common goals. The Diamond Maze is a blend of focused and experiential team building that will ensure teams come away energised and closer.

The Activity

The group is split into teams and challenged to overcome a series of very different zones in an attempt to win as many diamonds as possible.

Some of the zones are based on mental and physical challenges, some are based on learning new skills and others are based on pure fun. All of the zones are manned by facilitators/ instructors who are present to encourage and observe the teams’ progress.

Following the conclusion of your activities of choice the teams must exchange their diamonds for time in The Vortex… here they must grab as much fun money as possible in order to win the day.

Detective School - Building Teams to Fight Crime.  

This proven Team Building format is primarily designed for clients based in towns and cities looking to run a fun team programme on their doorstep.

The participants will undertake a series of Police themed team building challenges which culminate in a fantastic murder mystery grand finale.

Objectives

The range of activities within Detective School looks at many facets of strong team work, more specifically communication, trust, skill acquisition and problem solving.

The Activity

Based in small units of trainees your team will need to acquire all of the skills necessary to become fully fledged Scotland Yard Detectives. The teams will rotate around a series of challenges designed to be run in and around a venue  based in an urban environment.  Also ideal for venues with limited grounds.

Detective School activities include: desk based problem solving, an actual stake out, criminal surveillance, a shooting range and self defence training by a qualified instructor.

Once the teams have graduated from Detective School they will be challenged to their first official murder mystery case. The final case can be conducted by the individual units or by your group as a whole bringing everyone together for one final challenge.

The Chocolatiers - Team Building with Chocolate.

Participants will create everything from eye catching packaging to ground breaking chocolates in this superb team building event.

Objectives

This innovative indoor format incorporates design, brand communication, idea generation, skill acquisition and most importantly - tasty chocolate!

The Activity

Teams must take charge of a failing chocolate company and change its fortunes with the launch of their newly designed product. Initially teams must work with our graphic artist as they try to identify their target market, design logos, brand and package their new product.

In the second part of the programme our professional chocolatiers will take everyone through the process of making their newly designed chocolates. Working in teams it's time to get 'hands on' and very chocolaty!

At the end of the full day programme the teams will marry their packaging and newly created chocolates for the final product showcase.

Country Pursuits - Experiential Team Building.

Our Country Pursuits format is a fantastic team based day of classical English pastimes.  Usually run in the grounds of a country house hotel (UK wide) this event is ideal for a number of business objectives.

Objectives

This day is pitched towards a fun team building event or is ideal for client hospitality and employee incentive programs. The activity can be run in a competitive atmosphere with teams scored on their performance and their ability to develop weaker team members. Alternatively some clients simply wish to give their over-seas clients a taste of traditional England.

The Activity

Our team will set-up and co-ordinate a series of activities to be run as a rotational team package or simply as a relaxed afternoon of fun. Our event staff will be on hand to provide instruction in each of the activities and also score the teams / individuals (if run as a competitive format).

A day will typically consist of long bow archery, shooting on our pistol range,sheep dog trials, video golf simulator, laser clay pigeon shooting, croquet and assorted giant garden games.
