Bulmers Team Building - Ross on Wye, Herefordshire

Objective:

To provide a multi event, strategic team building programme designed to enable staff to move towards the next level of their company development program.
Furthermore to incorporate the practice and understanding of risk assessment and SOPs within the workplace.

Solution:

The group was split into 4 different team building events held at the Chase Hotel in Ross on Wye, Herefordshire. Participants rotated through activities which challenged their learning, trust and leadership skills. They also related this directly to the workplace by filling in their standard risk assessment forms for certain activities - such as archery and pistol shooting.
Teams were compared against each other in an inter-shift league over the duration of the summer series of team building events.

Outcome:

It was felt that the program enabled teams to work closer together in a more open environment. It also gave employees a much greater understanding of their development needs for future targets.
