RBS - Team Sail - South coast

Objective:

To run a team building event that was high energy and physical.

Solution:
 
We ran a team sail program out of Port Hamble, nr Southampton.  A full day of team builidng on the boats which culiminates in an all out race!

Outcome:

"Just to let you know that we had a very successful day sailing on Tuesday although the weather could NOT have been worse - it hammered down all day long - but thank goodness for the wet weather gear that they provided - it was an absolute god send!!!!

We all got involved with various parts of the sailing and I have to say that my arms are still aching from winding in the sails (I know it has a proper name but I cant remember!!!!).

Thanks very much for all your help in organising this and I look forward to dealing with you again in the future"
