n power Team Building Day, Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire

Objective:

EML was asked to provide a team building session for 50 delegates to improve communication and increase awareness to the business' core objetcives.

Solution:

We based the event in the small village of Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire.  The Director's Cut was the perfect choice of format as it encourages good planning and communication.  It also encourages good team work and at the same time allows businesses to identify key issues that they want their employees to have more awareness of.  This can be done in quite a subtle way by introducing them into the film choices or topic selection.
