Royal Mail Team Building Day, The Energy Clinic, Central London

Objective:

EML was asked to provide an exciting afternoon of team building for 20 delegates to enocurage creativity and team work.

Solution:

Based at the unusual venue - the Energy Clinic in Central London; EML decided to get really hands - on with this group and ran its Art Factory Big Picture format.  You don't get much more creative than this!  Split into teams each group was responsible for producing artwork to form part of a larger canvas.  This means that everyone was working towards a common goal even though they were split into different groups... great as a team building tool.
