ConocoPhillips Team Building Day, Aberdeen, Scotland

Objective:

EML was asked to provide an exciting afternoon of team building for 60 delegates to compliment a 2 day conference near the company's Scottish base in Aberdeen.

Solution: 

We ran this team building event at the fantastic Thainstone House Hotel in Aberdeen. EML decided to energise delegates with a Haka workshop and also a drumming session.  These high octain formats really improved ConocoPhillip's team work and left them buzzing before they went into the 2nd part of their conference.
