Bank of Scotland Corporate Team Building - York, Yorkshire

Objective:

To provide Bank of Scotland Corporate Division with an afternoon outdoor team building programme to compliment a morning of focused meetings at the client's pre selected venue of The Royal York Hotel, York.   

Solution:

For a department that had conducted many successful team building events in the past, the solution called for something a little more unorthadox: The Junkyard Challenge.

Based in the grounds of the Royal York Hotel the 55 guests were split into 6 production teams that had to create a medieval siege catapult from scratch.  The machines were later tested in head to head competition complimenting the core message of the morning session.

Outcome:

It's been a few years since York has been sacked by such impressive siege engines. The Junkyard Challenge was a huge success and received rave reviews from a client with the very highest standards.
