Co-op Financial Services Team Building - Leeds, Birmingham and Manchester

Objective:

To provide 3 half day team building events for Co-op Financial Services. The events where to cater for 3 x 50 person departments in 3 regions throughout the UK. The targeted areas where to include Leeds, Birmingham and Manchester.

Solution:

Due to time of year we decided to stage 3 indoor team building events to avoid inclement weather. The venues used included Birmingham City Football Club, The Lowry Manchester and Boddington Hall at Leeds University.

The activities selected included a lively blend of cerebral and physical challenges all of which could be staged in any suitable indoor space.

Outcome:

All three team building events were a huge success with Co-op Financial Services having returned to EML since with new team building requirements for our experienced team to tackle.
