To give our customers an idea of what we can provide for a 50-70 delegate conference EML have an inclusive package as shown below. If you have further requirements or a larger conference please call for a no obligation quote.

Outline of inclusive package

• Stock set with a screen aperture of 250cm x180cm (Set colour deep red)
• Lecturn platform, with black valance (200cm x 200cm x 30cm)
• Lectern
• Sound system to include: PA system, DVD / VHS / CD player, 2 clip tie and 2 hand leld radio microphones
• Data and video projection (1600 ANSI Lumin data projector)
• Two Laptop Computers (one main and one backup)
• Set lighting (four 'par can' up lighters)
• One technician on the day and set up crew
• Transport
• EML staff subsistance for the day (between the hours of 8am and 6pm)

Total Cost £2,800 +VAT

If you choose to book the venue through EML the following services will be included within the conference package free of charge:

• Venue sourcing
• Venue liaison
• Detailed itinerary
• Overseeing of catering requirements
• Event manager to run the day

We also offer other services for your conference from Booking and management of pre event dinners, smaller meetings, delegate registration, evening entertainment, production of conference stationary and material to pre event registration via our or your web site.
